Prior to joining Urbana, Mr. Loles worked with FDA Properties as a Financial Analyst, focusing specifically on the financial structure and forecasted returns of proposed commercial development projects.

Mr. Loles graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. from the School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Finance.
