Urbana successfully acquired and revitalized the vacant flex light manufacturing facility located on Lorna Avenue in Warren, Michigan. With a focus on modernization and improvement, Urbana transformed the site into a state-of-the-art engineering and office space complex, complete with 245 parking spaces.

 

The renovation project involved the creation of an open floor plan and the implementation of modern office enhancements.
